2na pharmacies implemented Charisma Pharma Retail solution from TotalSoft

The 2na pharmacy group has completed the successful implementation of the Charisma Retail Pharma solution, a product of TotalSoft company, designed to monitor in real time the entire business in a pharmacy.

The goal of the partnership 2na Farm - TotalSoft was to implement and integrate into an unique platform the Charisma Retail Pharma solutions for the entire pharmacy chain, Charisma ERP and Charisma HCM for the back office activity and HR, as well as the business intelligence solution Charisma Analyzer, based on Tableau Software technology. The project is a premiere on the retail pharmaceutical market, the 2na group being the first pharmacy chain that computerizes via an unique solution all the business processes of the company.

“The market dynamics, the interoperability requirements between the departments, the purchasing control, the actual business efficiency were the basis for choosing a partnership with TotalSoft, that has understood the specifics of our business and has committed to this step. The 2na pharmacy group is one of the oldest pharmacy chains, being present on the market for 24 years. The group owns multiple companies running the pharmacy retail business, 21 pharmacies and a team of over 130 persons.
