Charisma Analyzer, the advanced performance analysis and processing system developed by TotalSoft, has reached a 100 customer portfolio; these companies together run over 2.5 billion euro businesses. The system runs on Tableau Software platform, the world’s leader in data visualization, and is available both on desktops and mobile devices (iOS and Android platforms).

The increase in BI applications demand has been recorded worldwide. One of the factors that influence the demand for BI solutions is the unstable economic situation, coupled with the need to protect businesses through well documented decisions. Gartner estimates that the global BI market will grow by 10% next year. He also estimates that such systems will be included in top 5 priorities of IT departments, according to an annual global survey carried on IT managers.
Charisma Analyzer supports business decisions on productivity, performance and profitability of companies.
