For the conference ZF - HR Trends 2017 – The future work in the technology age, TotalSoft is preparing a debate on an actual topic at employer level, but also for the employees: career development. Mihai Găvan, HCM Sales Director, will focus the attention of the HR specialists on the conclusions of a Gallup study revealing that the employees are expecting a clear perspective on their career from their employer. Mihai wants to analyze, together with the audience, the need for transparency on one evolution in the organization, expected by the Y generation, as well as the risks the companies take when choosing to ignore this requirement. How much the career plan matter in the employee retention and how a career planning process is implemented are questions our representative wants to answer.
ZF - HR Trends 2017 – The future work in the technology age will be held on 28th of March, at Radisson Hotel, starting with 9:00.
