TotalSoft, the ERP leader on the local market and certSIGN, the largest supplier for certification services in Romania, announce a strategic partnership for promoting electronic billing and archiving services through the Charisma system. TotalSoft thus wants to offer its current and future customers a modern and efficient alternative for issuing fiscal documentation and archiving it in a data center authorized by the Ministry of Information Society, which ensures a high level of safety and continuity.
The electronic billing involves benefits such as 85% decrease of the costs for issuing and transmitting invoices, elimination of the risk of bill loss and, implicitly, of outstanding payments due to this reason, providing companies increased efficiency in tracking cash.
“Adding the benefits of legal archiving to the specific ones of an ERP system creates the basis for a complete electronic business flow. We see significant potential in our partnership with TotalSoft, due to the large portfolio of corporate clients. The latter now have the possibility to reduce functioning costs and to improve their interaction with both customers and suppliers, as well as with governmental authorities”, states Mihai Rusescu, Business Unit Electronic Archiving Director, certSIGN.
In Romania, certSIGN is the only accredited provider for all services associated to issuing electronic bills: electronic signature, time stamp and electronic archiving.

After integrating Charisma ERP with the application for electronic signature generation, the process of electronic billing (document generation, signing, time stamping, document return and its archiving in a dedicated data center) becomes fully automated, regardless of the workload of the user company. Data security is supported by the usage of a secure device for generating keys and creation of the electronic signature, as well as by a VPN connection with customer’s headquarters, necessary for data transmission.
