Charisma HCM, the most powerful human resource management solution adapted to the Romanian law, which calculates over 10% of the salaries registered in Romania, is prepared to provide, starting with January 2011, the generation of Statement 112. This statement related to social contributions payment obligations, income tax and nominal record of insured persons, becomes mandatory this year, according to the Government decision provisions 1397/31.12.2010.
Charisma HCM has been configured so as to meet changes imposed by the Romanian Government starting with 2011, according to which the solution combines in a single statement all the information previously submitted through five mandatory monthly forms.
Thus, TotalSoft proactively responds to such legislative changes, just a few days after the publication of the G.D. 1397, the system being already prepared to ensure accurate reporting to the State, in accordance with the law and avoiding any disruption of the client’s activity.
Charisma HCM is used by over 400 national and multinational companies, being the most widely used human resources and payroll system in Romania. Over 10 million mandatory statements were submitted to the State through Charisma HCM in 2010.
TotalSoft launched in late 2010 a new and significantly improved Charisma HCM version. The solution goes beyond the traditional functionality of a HR tool, providing employees with secure online access to individual training plans, performance evaluations, vacations or other useful personal information. Charisma has also considered further development of the human resources solution including a Talent Management module.
