Charisma HCM Talent Management, the latest solution included in TotalSoft’s portfolio, which is dedicated to performance management, has been granted at Fin Media Gala with the award for the eBusiness Software category. TotalSoft was the only Romanian producer awarded for the development of an innovative solution, dedicated to the improvement of employee performance through talent management practices.
Now in its ninth edition, the event is one of the most prestigious annual events dedicated to players in the financial banking and IT &C markets, which awards performers, projects and products that have stood out in 2011 in the two industries, despite the economic context.
TotalSoft competed and won the category of eBusiness software with Charisma HCM Talent Management solution, which was particularly appreciated for the impact it has on the development and improvement of human resources as the main business development engine of any company. The solution was recognized for incorporating the best practices used by over 1,900 corporations in 70 countries, a product perfectly adapted to the Romanian legislation.
Winning this award marks the fourth consecutive year of TotalSoft’s attendance among winners of Fin Media Galas and crowns the software company’s effort to proactively respond to market needs by launching a solution capable of supporting customers’ performance both in terms of financial results and in terms of human capital.
