On May 19, 2010, Business Magazine released the fifth edition of the annual contest “100 young top managers”. One of the nominees in the IT&C industry for the year 2009 was the Charisma Enterprise Manager, Daniel Mateescu, who was also the first TotalSoft Manager receiving this valuable award. The selection process was extremely rigorous and the jury consisted in three head-hunters, updated with the practices and trends of modern management: George Butunoiu Consulting, Hart Human Resources Consulting and Total Business Solutions.
This achievement is even more extraordinary as the managers who appear next to Daniel Mateescu are part of multinational companies such as Romtelecom, Orange, Vodafone, Cosmote or Microsoft.
This award acknowledges once more not only the remarkable business performance of Charisma solutions, but also the expertise encountered at the management level of TotalSoft, a company that has already announced its strategic direction of promoting own professionals in the environment of experts on complex business solutions.
