For the third year in a row, the technology underlying Charisma Analyzer is positioned by Gartner as a leader in Magic Quadrant for BI

TotalSoft announces the ranking of Tableau Software, which underlies Charisma Analyzer, in the Leaders category of the last market research issued by Gartner, “Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms report”. For the third year in a row, Gartner, the worldwide leader in information technology research and consultancy, confirms the special competence of Tableau Software on the market for business intelligence tools.

Tableau and other industry observers believe many organizations will only consider software suppliers which are mentioned in Gartner Magic Quadrant. The arguments supporting this statement take into account the fact that the report is based on both detailed polls conducted among companies using these solutions and interviews and researches conducted by their own specialists. In addition to the detailed information regarding suppliers, Gartner also analyses the market and industry’s tendencies.

TotalSoft passed the business intelligence system Charisma Analyzer on the Tableau Software technology since 2011, both the desktop version, and the one on mobile devices. Both technology’s technical performance and analysts’ assessments, who considered it to be the BI solution with the highest level of client satisfaction, with the highest level of usage at company level as well as with the highest quality score, had been taken into consideration at that moment.

Passing Charisma Analyzer on the Tableau Software platform led to a significant decrease of time needed for implementation and customization of the solution according to clients’ requests.
