Mihai Găvan talks about the digitalization of the HR department at Forbes Forward

Forbes Romania is organizing a series of online business events, Forbes Forward, where important business representatives are sharing their solutions and innovations for keeping up with these difficult times, as well as ideas they are implementing for the development or redefinition of their business, among other numerous vital aspects for the Romanian business community in the current context.

One of the 13^th edition’s speakers was Mihai Găvan, TotalSoft’s Charisma HCM Global Sales Director.

In his speech, he emphasized the significance of the software innovations that held the capacity of helping companies with managing their remote work and the benefits of these solutions in the context, as well as beyond it: electronic signature, chatbot.

Mihai Găvan stated that multiple firms had already incorporated the concept before the pandemic, and TotalSoft was no exception: ‘What COVID-19 has done was nothing more than to accelerate the digitalization process in the work-from-home conceptual frame. Suddenly, every employer had to find solutions to ensure the optimal continuation of the working-from-home employee’s activity. In this context, there were two main directions that we considered: the employer and the employee. The employee must have access to all tools necessary to continue this activity.’
