TotalSoft, the only Microsoft partner certified Gold for CRM in Romania, announces winning a tender organized by Petrotel-Lukoil refinery regarding the implementation of an electronic acquisition system for material resources and goods.
The contract was awarded to TotalSoft against competitors with national and international experience with development of eProcurement solutions and is to be concluded by the end of March.
First phase involves implementation of the integrated solution Charisma Cost Control and its adaptation for several contract types, to be followed in a second phase by completion with a business intelligence solution. Petrotel-Lukoil refinery aims to increase productivity through automating and optimizing the purchasing and selling process for material resources and goods, as well as certain services. The solution proposed by Total Soft is developed on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and includes acquisitions politics and practices used by top companies from different fields.
“With the implementation of Charisma Cost Control we wish to streamline acquisitions processes in our refinery, through increasing auctions transparency and exactly identifying suppliers who offer the best price-quality ratio. Like this, we hope to reduce investment costs by at least 10-15%, as well as preparation and conduction times for auctions.
