Sanador adopts charisma for managing human resources and payroll

Sanador, one of the private medical services leaders, has signed an agreement with TotalSoft for implementing Charisma HCM, the integrated information system dedicated to the human capital management. After completing the project, the 1300 employees of the medical company will have the human resources and payroll data managed through the most powerful information tool of this kind on the market.

The system will also make available to the Sanador employees a self-service and timekeeping portal for their direct access to the HR data and for facilitating the communication with the HR department. The portal will provide the employees both personal data (leaves, personal documents, education, hierarchy manager), and general interest data (the list of all the employees, the company’s interactive organization chart, surveys, etc.)
