Regina Maria, the largest private healthcare network in Romania, outsourced the payroll calculation for its 1500 employees to TotalSoft. The project implies the implementation of Charisma HCM for the management of human resources, as well as the development of a new, web-based, clocking module.
The project’s objective was the improvement of the payroll services through access to both the software solution used by the provider and the specific payroll reports. In addition, there was a request to develop and integrate into the system a web-based timekeeping module, specific to the medical field, to take into account the medical personnel’s hours on call and to enable their management as cost centers. The integration of the HR solution with another system supplied by TotalSoft, Charisma ERP, provides the medical network with the major advantage of tracking and managing all costs at employee level, with direct traceability into the financial and accounting system. The joint database enables an easier and faster access to information, as well as a unified view of the clinics, hospitals, imaging centers and medical camps within the network.

Regina Maria and TotalSoft are partners since 2010. The solutions provided by the software producer to the medical network include the integrated system - Charisma ERP, the system for managing medical and laboratory work - Charisma Medical Software, as well as an eProcurement solution.
