TotalSoft, part of Global Finance, announced the achievement of a turnover at the end of the third quarter of 2010, of 16,764,700 EUR – the value shows a 15% increase over the same period last year. The largest contribution to the turnover was brought by Charisma ERP, which generated revenues of 12,741,172 EUR, representing thus 76% of the total turnover of the company. The company revenues come at a rate of 74% from sales on the Romanian market, the remaining 26% resulting from exports.
This year, the company started an aggressive international expansion campaign, currently embodied by the four branches opened in Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia and Qatar. The amounts invested in these offices were between 200 - 300,000 Euro/ office, TotalSoft estimating a break-even within 12 months following their launch. The company also entered three new external markets (Austria, Dubai and Saudi Arabia), marking complex ERP (Deutsche Leasing Austria), project management (SATORP – constructor of the world’s largest oil refinery “JUBAIL REFINERY”, project amounting to 9.6 bill USD) and customized software projects (ISTA Dubai).
The international expansion plan includes also the acquisition of two companies in Poland and Turkey, acquisitions that will be finalized at the end of the current year in Turkey, and until the end of the 3rd quarter of 2011 in Poland.
Among TotalSoft’s achievements, this year includes also the designation of TotalSoft as the top ERP solution provider in Romania, according to a study conducted by Pierre Audoin Consultants. In addition to this, the company launched a series of innovative products, such as the first business intelligence tool on the iPad, Charisma Analyzer, or the first service for assessing credit risk, Charisma Financial Risk Assessment, conducted together with ICAP Romania.
With the same innovative spirit, TotalSoft prepares for the end of the year, the launch of a new generation of an integrated management information system, Charisma ERP 2011. The new version comes with a series of new modules (ePayment Approval, Replenishment, Warehouse Management System, eDecont etc.).
The projects that have been noted this year, both in complexity and financial value are the following: Romelectro - ISPE, Ursus Breweries, INSPET Hidroelectrica, Anima Services, ICAP Greece, Medsana or SATORP.
TotalSoft expects to conclude this year with a turnover of 22.5 million EUR, value with a 15% increase over the figure recorded last year. For 2011, TotalSoft aims at achieving a turnover of 25 million EUR. In the medium run, the company also plans to open offices and sites in Western Europe. Thus, in the next 3-5 years, Germany and Britain are the next target countries.
