TotalSoft, the regional software provider and member of Global Finance, announces the launching of the first business to consumer application in the company’s history, which is also applicable in the business to business area. Promoted as Tasky, the application is a daily personal or work task manager that can run on any smartphone or PC tablet compatible with the iOS platform.
Tasky is a stand-alone applicatiom that can be easily synchronized with other professional planning solutions (like MS Outlook), thus providing ample opportunity for transfer or update of the progress of the daily activities. Conceived as a collaborative application, Tasky simplifies the tracking of these activities, grouping them into categories, assigning and replanning them according to priority alerts or exceeded deadlines.
A major advantage of the application is the fact that users who have the application installed on their smartphones have the possibility to collaborate. Tasky automatically synchronizes with a web service available throughout the world (www.toodledo.com), allowing, for example, a family that is at the mall to view the real-time completion of its shopping list. The application’s simple and intuitive menu has been developed in English in order to be easily used by people from all over the world.
“Tasky came out by simply analyzing other similar applications available on mobile devices worldwide. None has actually offered the performance and ease of use we were looking for, so we decided to quickly develop such an application. It is an important step in TotalSoft’s strategy, being practically the solution that marks our entrance into the B2C market, a strategy that we have already announced at the beginning of this year” states Daniel Ionescu, Marketing and Strategy Director, TotalSoft.
The product, which spent a week under Apple’s evaluation and approval, is now available through AppStore, at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tasky/id434375523?mt=8# for only 0.99 USD. Tasky belongs to TotalSoft’s Research & Development Division and has been developed by Robert Neagu, the architect of the following business solutions available on iPad: Charisma Cell Monitor CMS, Charisma Analyzer, Charisma Mobile EMR or Charisma Mobile Portfolio Management.
