Stomatology

The Dental Module manages the entire interaction flow between the patient and the dentist, starting from the first visit, where the patient's evaluation and dental status assessment take place, followed by the establishment of the Treatment Plan and Financial Proposals, and concluding with the actual delivery of dental services.

The data flow within the system follows the complete patient journey within the dental office, as well as its operational and reporting activities.

Doctors
• Record the medical services provided during the consultation session: treatments, tests, medical procedures, imaging, radiology, functional explorations, medical history, diagnoses, etc.
• Record and manage referrals to other clinical or paraclinical consultations, whether internal or external.
• Record all investigation results following the medical consultation using predefined templates or patterns.
• Print the patient's examination sheet and save it in their electronic medical record, which is unique to the clinic.
• Easily access the patient's electronic record, containing their complete medical history.

Patients
• Can make online appointments through a simple and user-friendly interface.
• Know the cost of their medical services or if they are covered under a contract, right from the appointment stage.
• Receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email, phone, or SMS.
• Have access to their medical history through their electronic record.

Reception
• Register patients in a unique database for the medical facility, in compliance with legal specifications: registration date and time, ID information, attending physician, mode of presentation, referring physician, medical history, allergies, diagnoses, etc.
• Record all consultations conducted for each patient visiting the clinic, whether with or without an appointment.
• Handle financial transactions through fiscal receipts or issuing invoices.

Reporting
• Generate a wide range of statistical, operational, and managerial reports, including reports compatible with the Unified Health Insurance System (SIUI) for reimbursement with health insurance providers.
• Automatically import medical results from external information systems using HL7 communication protocols. This protocol is built on multiple layers, allowing for future functionality expansion.
• Interface with information systems of medical authorities and regulatory bodies (SIUI, National Health Insurance House, Ministry of Health, etc.) regarding medical service nomenclatures, medications, etc.

Billing
• Generate, manage, and save execution or recommendation-type contracts.
• Define commission policies based on fixed prices or percentages.
• Generate purchase invoices and allow integration with any other financial accounting or ERP system.
• Calculate commissions based on configurable algorithms, considering list prices or preferential prices established in contracts.
• Ensure management of all contracts and insurances with individuals or legal entities, including subscription contracts, pay-as-you-go service contracts, occupational health contracts, and non-standard contracts allowing multiple contractual clauses.
• Enable importing subscriber lists directly from Excel into the application.
• Automatically identify contracts requiring invoices for customers.
• Integrate cash registers.
• Print collection reports.

Call center
• Manage the working schedule: define working hours, block time intervals for appointments, cancel appointments, and change a doctor's schedule, etc.
• Make call center-type appointments for multiple locations simultaneously.
• Provide an intuitive appointment window, helping medical staff easily find available slots for patients and adjust the doctor's schedule.
• Allow defining a waiting list and provide automatic alerts when a slot becomes available.

Administrative
• Manage specific clinic nomenclatures (clinic structure, services, prices, doctors, packages, contracts, medical dictionaries, consultation templates, etc.).
• Use the application on a single computer, within a computer network at a single location, or across multiple interconnected locations using a single data source.
• Configure differentiated access within the application based on user and specific rights.
